The Municipality of Savigliano has set SUNDAY 16 MARCH 2025 as the day of the 26th edition of the "Spring Fair".

The organizational secretariat was entrusted to the Savigliano Events Organization Foundation as per resolution no. 216 of 11/25/2024

If the S.V. If you are interested in participating in the 2025 Spring Fair, you can apply by filling out the form attached to this email together with:

• photocopy of the administrative authorization (licence) in all its parts;
• photocopy of the company certificate showing the date of commencement of activity;
• photocopy of an identity document of the owner or legal representative of the company
• photocopy of registration document (if it concerns a bank car)
• printed copy of your Operational Charter, also containing the annual certificate, (for further details please refer to the "Operating Instructions" provided in the attached document).

The documentation must be sent NO LATER THAN 16 JANUARY 2025 via:

• Certified Mail to the address f.entemanifestazioni@pec.it

In this case the attached documents must be exclusively in PDF format, attachments in other formats will not be accepted and emails with attached photographs of the requested documents will not be taken into consideration.

• Registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Applications received via fax or from email addresses other than Certified Mail will not be accepted.

We also inform you that the ownership of the SPRING FAIR lies with the Municipality of Savigliano, therefore the €16.00 STAMP must be applied to the application.

We remind you that at the time of assigning the stand, in addition to the tax for occupying public areas, a participation fee set at €35.00 + VAT 22% must be paid to the Municipality of Savigliano in accordance with the Municipal Regulations.

Attention! Both payments can be made exclusively with ATM or CREDIT CARD.

In accordance with the art. 28 of Legislative Decree 31/03/1998 n° 114 it remains established that:

without prejudice to the number of spaces available, those who hold administrative authorization for trading in public areas from all over the national territory will be able to participate in the event; the available parking spaces will be assigned as a priority to those who boast the highest number of actual attendances in previous editions of the fair.
